Kim has helped clients for over 20 years navigate all areas of family law cases through experience, trial work, and negotiation. Her philosophy is always to work out a practical plan for her clients.
Beginning her family law practice focused on grandparents and people over 60, Kim has a unique and specialized knowledge of grandparent custody and divorce in later life. She routinely handles high wealth divorce cases and intense custody matters. Kim believes that the best outcome for her clients is to resolve the matters without litigation but is a fierce advocate for clients in court when negotiations are not productive.
Kim works with you to prepare an individual plan to not only get through the legal matter but to also move forward in the best way for your family. She can assist prior to a marriage with outlining financial and other issues in a pre-nuptial agreement. This has proven very help to clients who have children from a prior relationship. Kim has extensive experience in grandparent custody matters. She not only routinely handles these cases at the trial level, she has also handled them at the appellate level. Working throughout Delaware, Chester and Montgomery counties, Kim is familiar with local process, judges and counsel which is advantageous to her clients whether this is in child custody, equitable distribution, or support. Kim is always happy to meet with clients to assess their case, explain the law, and create a solution.
EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
Kim graduated from the Villanova University School of Law in 2000. She is specifically trained in divorce mediation.
