How can we work with the contradictions and dilemmas that are at the heart of conflict? Look at how this affects everything we do as mediators and conflict interveners. Develop the practical skills that allow us to help disputants find a constructive and ethical way through the difficult choices they face in the conflicts they bring to mediation.
